I understand that payment of any commissions paid on renter and/or tenants shall not actually be paid or earned until the renter/tenant has taken occupancy and possession of the premises by satisfying all application and lease requirements - including payment of all move-in fees. Failure of the renter/tenant to take possession of the premises shall constitute forfeiture of any commissions that would be owed to me had the renter/tenant taken possession of the premises. I further understand and accept that any and all commissions will be paid via check and directly to the broker/brokerage and processed by Blueprint® between 10-15 days after renter/tenant has taken possession of the premises.

Terms & Conditions *

I understand that payment of any referral or commission fees paid on property management referrals shall not actually be paid or earned until the referred client has executed a signed management agreement and has paid any and all applicable account establishment/start-up fees. Failure of the referred client to complete a signed management agreement and pay any necessary fees shall constitute forfeiture of any referral or commissions that would be owed to me. I further understand and accept that any and all commissions will be paid via check and directly to the broker/brokerage holding my license and processed by Blueprint® between 10-15 days after the referred client completes a fully executed management agreement along with any and all applicable fees.

Terms & Conditions *

I understand that payment of any referral or commission fees paid on referrals shall not actually be paid or earned until the referred client has successfully closed on a fully executed purchase and sale agreement. Failure of the referred client to successfully close on a purchase and sale agreement shall constitute forfeiture of any referral or commissions that would be owed to me. I further understand and accept that any and all referral fees or commissions will be paid via check and directly to the broker/brokerage holding my license and processed by Blueprint® between 10-15 days after the referred client has successfully closed on a fully executed purchase and sale agreement and any funds received from the closing by Blueprint® have completely cleared processing by our banking institution.
